A: No, custom-built AI models are private to the account owner. It will not be accessed, copied, or used in any way by Veblen AI or any other person or organization.

Q: Can I upgrade an AI custom-built by Veblen AI without consulting or rehiring you?
A: Yes, every custom-built AI system fully belongs to the account holder and may be upgraded according to their needs.
Q: What languages can my AI system understand?
A: For now, Veblen AI products are capable of receiving instructions in English and French.
Q: Can I try products or services for free?
A: No, we do not offer free product trials. However, you can request live product demo sessions and speak to a customer success representative to discuss our services at length.
Q: Do I need to check generated output for biased, inappropriate, or incorrect content?
A: Yes, you must review the generated output as third-party training data may result in outputs containing misinformation, or offensive language, or discriminatory content.
